1. Severe wear between the valve stem and the valve body:
There are three grooves on the lifting tilt bar of the reversing valve of the forklift truck. The place where these grooves are combined with the oil circuit can be connected or cut off. Small, so the amount of oil leakage is small.
When the wear gap becomes larger, under the pressure of the hydraulic pump, the hydraulic oil material will form oil when it is connected to the oil return pipe or spillway, and automatically return to the oil tank; when the distribution valve is used for too long or the oil When it is not clean, the wear between the valve stem and the valve body will become serious, the sealing surface of the joint will be damaged, and oil leakage will occur; we should pay attention to inspection during daily use, and when the valve stem is found to be slightly worn When the valve stem is seriously worn, it can be polished by chrome plating; when the valve stem is seriously worn, it needs to be replaced in time.
2. The cone valve is severely worn:
The main function of the cone valve is to prevent the oil from flowing backwards. When the cone valve is severely worn, the oil passage will not be closed tightly, resulting in hydraulic oil backflow, and the equipment is prone to rust. During daily maintenance , Attention should be paid to grinding and replacing the equipment to avoid the return of hydraulic oil.
3. Aging of sealing ring:
The seal between the valve stem and the valve body depends on the sealing ring. When the sealing ring ages, the hydraulic oil will flow out along the valve stem under the influence of the system pressure, resulting in the cleaning of the hydraulic oil leakage in the valve body. In case of such problems, the sealing ring should be replaced in time.
4. The purity of the hydraulic oil is not enough
During a long period of time, a large amount of impurities have accumulated inside the cylinder, resulting in insufficient purity of the hydraulic oil, which affects normal use. When this happens, empty the cylinder, clean the internal impurities, and dry the water before using it.
